History of The Clock Center
Clocks are a part of our history and our daily life. They are reminders of the past, they are in our present, and they herald our future.
Chuck Skoog, owner of The Clock Center, has been working with clocks for most of his life. What began as a childhood hobbie, blossomed into a family-owned business that operated out of their home basement in the late 1970's. By 1981 the business had grown to the extent that it had to be moved out of the family basement and into a building of its own.
The Clock Center has seven experienced people working to restore and repair clocks. While the company specializes in antique clock restorations, they restore, repair and sell other styles also.
